• Global Availability: The Platform is available for download and use worldwide, except in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by local laws. Users are responsible for verifying that the use of BonyPets is legal in their country or region.

• Provider Registration: Providers may register their businesses on the Platform to promote products and services related to the animal kingdom, such as crafts, veterinary services, daycare, walking services, training, funeral services, pet parties, among others.
• Provider Responsibility:
• Providers must possess all required legal licenses, certifications, and credentials mandated by the laws of their jurisdiction to operate their businesses.
• Providers are directly responsible to users for the quality, delivery, safety, and fulfillment of the products or services offered.
• BonyPets does not act as an intermediary nor assumes any responsibility for agreements, damages, disputes, or non-compliance between users and providers.
