Subscription Terms and Conditions for Registering Your Access and Services

1. Definitions

Subscription: An agreement between the Subscriber and the Company whereby the Company provides the Subscriber with access to its Services in exchange for periodic payments. Subscriber: The person or entity subscribing to a Subscription. Company: The business offering the Products and Services, in this case, BonyPets. Services: The services offered by the Company under the Subscription, which may include, but are not limited to, home delivery, customer service, care services, training, and veterinary services with consultations.

2. Subscription

To subscribe to a Subscription, the Subscriber must complete the online subscription form and provide all required information. By completing the subscription form, the Subscriber agrees to these Terms and Conditions. The Subscription will begin on the activation date specified in the subscription form.

3. Payments

The Subscriber must make Subscription payments according to the selected payment plan. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or ACH. The Company reserves the right to change Subscription prices at any time. If the Subscriber does not pay for their Subscription on time, the Company may suspend or cancel the Subscription.

4. Products and Services

The Company will provide the Subscriber with the Products and Services related to their Subscription.

5. Cancellation

The Subscriber may cancel their Subscription at any time by contacting the Company. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments made for prepaid billing periods are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Subscription, even if the Company has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

The Subscriber will indemnify the Company for any loss or damage arising from or related to the Subscription, including attorney fees.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively in the state courts.

9. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Subscriber and the Company. These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Company at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on its website.
